The  Nurse Superviser, oversees the other nurses and CNAs on the floor, providing direction and assistance in accordance with state, federal and MFA Nursing Policies and Procedures. This position also assists in the development/implementation of patient care plans, identifies patient goals/approaches, resolves patient/family concerns, and summarizes concerns for Clinical Unit Manager. This is a salary, exempt position.

Qualifications include:

Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents
