Provide leadership and direction to the memory care team to ensure the highest quality of care for residents with memory impairments.Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs.Foster a culture of excellence in customer service and resident satisfaction.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.Requirements:
