Nursery Office Support
Job Duties:
+ Coordinate and control customer and non-customer interaction traffic including walk-ins, phone calls, and emails.
+ Professionally greet customers, understand their needs, and direct/connect them with appropriate on-site staff.
+ Manage and direct incoming customer phone calls and email requests.
+ Direct inbound/outbound trucking to proper personnel and location.
+ Assist in invoicing customer orders under direction and provide credits to customers as needed.
+ Assist Production, Fulfillment, and Sales teams with various needs, such as bookkeeping and data entry.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
+ Two years of experience in customer service within related field.
+ Ability to demonstrate polished customer service communication skills, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
+ Operate Microsoft Office and Google applications, such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and Google Calendars
+ Utilize Point of Sale (POS) and Customer Resource Management (CRM) systems efficiently.
+ Basic working knowledge of landscape plant material, preferred.
+ Demonstrate ability to work effectively within a team to accomplish shared tasks and goals.

Schedule: Seasonal Position, Monday-Friday, weekends and longer hours possible during peak periods.
Compensation: $17.50-$20.00
