3 months - 5 years Nursery Practitioner Job Description A warm and welcoming nursery in the CB21 area is searching for a dedicated and skilled Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly and passionate team. This setting places a high priority on fostering a joyful, inclusive environment where each child feels valued, confident, and inspired. The team is committed to ensuring that every child experiences laughter, learning, and growth each day. The nursery is open from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, offering flexibility in either a full-time position or part-time for 3-4 days a week.

What we need from you:

• Level 2/3 qualification in childcare or higher
• Strong knowledge in Childcare
• Reliable
• Passion to deliver outstanding childcare
• Ability to work within a team
• Broad knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding


Your duties will include:

• Taking charge of a key group of children
• Deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children to develop
• Plan and provide effective care, teaching and learning.
• Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
• Work in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals to meet the individual needs of the children
• Make accurate and effective use of assessment reflecting the needs, interests and stages of development of the individual children.
