**All Job Postings will close at 12:01 a.m. CT on the specified Closing Date (if designated).** **Working Title:** Nursing, AD **Institution:** Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College **Classification Title:** Community College Faculty **Bargaining Unit / Union:** 210: Minnesota State College Faculty **City:** Cloquet **FLSA:** Job Exempt **Full Time / Part Time:** Full time **Employment Condition:** Unclassified - Unlimited Academic **Salary Range:** **Job Description** + Deliver classroom, nursing lab, and clinical instruction. + Assign, supervise, and evaluate students in a variety clinical setting, in lab and simulated experiences, as well as lecture. + Conduct classroom assessment, evaluation, and research activities. + Mentor students. + Contribute to curriculum development, curriculum evaluation, accreditation, student success, and other program and institutional initiatives. + Participate in program goal setting and planning activities. + Carry out goals and outcomes related to program student learning outcomes and systematic evaluation plans. + Attend and participate in nursing faculty meetings. + Participate in college and program committee assignments. **Minimum Qualifications** + Graduate degree with a major in nursing, or + Bachelor's degree in nursing and a graduate degree in support of the field of nursing and/or education. + A nursing program director must hold a graduate degree in nursing, nursing administration, nursing education, public health nursing or a nursing clinical specialty. + Two full-time years (or equivalent) of verified related paid work experience as a registered nurse at the professional level. + As a registered nurse at the professional level, experientially qualified to accomplish the mission, goals, and expected student and faculty outcomes; including experiential preparation in the areas the faculty will teach. + One year of this work experience shall be within the five years immediately preceding the date of application for the credential field. The recency requirement shall be waived if the individual has two years of successful full-time (or equivalent) postsecondary teaching experience in the credential field within the last five years. + Current unencumbered licensure as a registered nurse (RN) with current registration in Minnesota. + **Other Requirement:** Compliance with clinical affiliate policies for attending on-site clinical teaching assignments. **Preferred Qualification** **Salary Range: $55,421 - $71,893 Annual Base Salary Range** The above salary range is for initial placement only.
