Essential Function/Responsibilities: + Supporting nursing personnel in providing direct patient care + Assisting patients with daily activities + Measuring and recording vital signs + Administering basic treatments + Helping to ensure a safe care environment + Continuous rounding throughout shift to ensure patient and family needs are met + Ensuring patients and families have a positive patient experience by exhibiting PRIDE behaviors, rounding, collaboration, teamwork, and a positive attitude + Good communication skills + Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have positive customer service skills Minimum Education: + High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum Experience: + 1+ years of Nursing Assistant Experience strongly preferred License/Certification: + CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant preferred + BLS preferred
