Crouse Health offers a full range of general and specialty care, inpatient and outpatient services and community health education and outreach programs. Crouse’s Intensive Care Unit (ICU) consists of 29 beds, 9 of which are dedicated to Neuroscience beds.  The ICU provides emergency treatment and stabilization for patients who could be experiencing any number of medical conditions/incidents. The ICU team is hiring a Nursing Assistant  to work Full-Time. 

Pay Range: $16.05-$24.04/hr based on experience 

Nursing Assistant Position Responsibilities:

Assists the patient with daily care activities including but not limited to bathing, dressing, feeding, ambulating, personal hygiene and taking of vital signs. Supports and actively contributes to the achievement of the patient's goals associated with the plan of care. Individualizes communication based on the needs of the patients and families.

Nursing Assistant Position Requirements:

HS Diploma or equivalent Must have one (1) year of patient care experience or is currently attending an accredited Registered Nursing program and has successfully completed the fundamentals of nursing coursework. Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification at the time of hire or within two (2) weeks after hire date.
