Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Is expected to perform duties in alignment with the mission and policies of the organization. Performs duties in support of and in compliance with the performance improvement plan Joint Commission and other licensing accrediting and regulatory agencies. Provides care for patients of newborn through geriatric ages. Assists with activities of daily living provides basic care to non-acutely ill patients and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment. All activities are under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse.
Qualifications
Experience & Education
1-2 years of acute care experience preferred
Nurse Assistant certification OR completion of a nursing fundamentals class and are currently enrolled in nursing school OR a graduate from a nursing program.
Licensure
Nurse Assistant certification OR completion of a nursing fundamentals class and are currently enrolled in nursing school OR a graduate from a nursing program and BLS required.
CNA:CA; BLS-CPR
