+ POSITION SUMMARY: + The Nursing Assistant performs various patient care activities and related non-professional services necessary to address the personal need and comfort of patients in an environment that promotes dignity and healing. + QUALIFICATIONS: + EDUCATION: + Minimum : + High School graduate or equivalent education. + Preferred: + Post secondary education in health or human services . + LICENSE: + PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS: + Minimum: + BLS certifications required through the RQI system during clinical orientation or one week from hire + CPI + WORK EXPERIENCE: + Minimum: + 1-2 years customer service and/or health related experience. + SKILLS: + Minimum : + Must demonstrate stronger interpersonal skills, Computer literacy and customer service/patient-centered focus. + Must possess a basic knowledge of healthcare and/or nursing assistant role. + An entry level support role requiring basic skills. Pay Range: $19.09-$21.08
