Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $22.63 - $28 / hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.
We are looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/NAR) to join our team! This role is responsible for providing hands on care and support services for our newest Skilled Nursing Community (TCU/LTC) in St. Paul, Minnesota.
This direct care schedule includes;
32 hours every two weeksDay shiftEvery other weekend and holiday rotationEbenezer Integrated Care & Rehab (EICR) serves seniors with long-term, transitional, and dementia senior care needs in the heart of downtown St. Paul. As part of Fairview's Community Health and Wellness Hub, EICR is committed to delivering innovative, collaborative care. The Fairview Community Health and Wellness Hub opened in 2022 to deliver a variety of services to the community—from primary and mental health care to enrichment options for seniors, food access programs, and community gathering spaces. The Hub brings Fairview services together with local organizations—including Minnesota Community Care and Sanneh Foundation—to make it easier for people to access what they need to be well.

Responsibilities/Job Description Assists resident with personal cares based on individual plan of care (bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, toileting, nail care, dressing , showers and answers and responds to call lights)Support patients by helping to turn, lift or transferObserves residents and reports status to appropriate staff in a clear, concise mannerChart or document in electronic medical record systemSeeks to resolve resident and family concernsReceives and gives report to appropriate staff during various times in work shiftPerforms environmental and other responsibilities as assigned such as; order and cleanliness in rooms and work areas, reports malfunctioning equipment to maintenance department, and answers phones in a timely manner.May check and record vitals, per facility practice QualificationsRequired:
Active on MN Nursing Assistant registry by start dateIf hired into the Ebenezer Nursing Assistant Training program, granted a 4-month grace period from hire date to be active on the MN Nursing Assistant registryPreferred:
