**Qualifications** **Required:** + Active as Nursing Assistant, Registered (NAR) on the MDH Nursing Assistant Registry by start date – OR- Individual who is hired into Ebenezer’s Nursing Assistant Course or Ebenezer’s Pre-CNA job for Nursing Assistants; will be granted a 4-month post hire to become active on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.) **Preferred:** + Ability to work with a diverse and geriatric population + Communicate efficiently, with compassion and understanding for residents and coworkers + Experience working as a HHA, PCA, DSP, NA, Resident Assistant + Work experience in a customer service setting **Need help finding the right job?** We can recommend jobs specifically for you!
