Job Description:

Job DescriptionFull time / 12 hour shifts/ Nights 7p

Assists patients with activities of daily living and provides nursing care to patients considering the special needs of pediatric and geriatric patients when indicated, assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse of the team/and or unit.

Essential Duties:

Personal hygieneRoutine vital signsRoutine careDocumentation of patient care in EMR based on scope of practice

Requirement:

High School/GEDIf not certified (SRNA) then at least 1 year experience in the field

Preferred Requirements:

1 year of experience Successful completion of an Approved Aide Training Program
