Responsibilities: + Supporting nursing personnel in providing direct patient care + Assisting patients with daily activities + Measuring and recording vital signs + Administering basic treatments + Helping to ensure a safe care environment + Continuous rounding throughout shift to ensure patient and family needs are met + Ensuring patients and families have a positive patient experience by exhibiting PRIDE behaviors, rounding, collaboration, teamwork and a positive attitude + Good communication skills + Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have positive customer service skills Minimum Education: + High School Diploma or equivalent required License/Certifications: + BLS Preferred + CNA or nursing student with clinical experience Relevant Experience: + Prior acute care nursing assistant experience strongly preferred
