Job Details Requirements for the Nursing Assistant (Patient Care Associate) Training Program: Passion for patient care, positive attitude and willingness to learn. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Preferred experience: Customer Service experience, Caregiver experience and demonstrated interest and/or exposure to healthcare.
