St. Francis Hospital is offering fully paid training and, upon successful completion, a full-time or part-time role working at our facility in one of our numerous specialties. This four week training is available for individuals with no or limited prior health care experience and requires applicants to be available Monday to Friday starting April 7th, 2025. Job Details Requirements for the Nursing Assistant (Patient Care Associate) Training Program: Passion for patient care, positive attitude and willingness to learn. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Preferred experience: Customer Service experience, Caregiver experience and demonstrated interest and/or exposure to healthcare.
