Under direct supervision of a primary care-giver provides patient care support by performing tasks that assist in the care and treatment of patients with illness or injuries, taking into account the patient's physical and age-related needs. Assists patients with activities of daily living and selective procedures. Collaborates with team members to coordinate unit activities and flow of information between teams and other entities.
