Oversees and provides educational needs of the Peri-Operative areas. 

Coordinates new employee orientation. Develops clinical orientation pathway and timeline.  Mentors and monitors progress of new and existing employees.  Provides feedback in a constructive way.  Maintains documentation of TM education records including competencies, progress, and goal setting. Provides ongoing development/continuing education.  Uses a multi-disciplinary approach to foster inclusivity.  Completes introductory evaluations in a timely fashion.  Adheres to policy and procedure and acts as a resource for team members. Actively participates in local and system education initiatives, peri-op fellowship program and policy development following AORN standards.
