Responsibilities The nurse manager will promote the mission and values of the organization and be an active advocate of providing quality patient care, excellent customer service and efficient health care. As a member of the management team, the nurse manager will be involved in system planning, budgeting, manpower planning and program development in order to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care. Qualifications Job Requirements: Bachelors in Science of Nursing (BSN) required (ADN may be allowed with Corporate approval) Oklahoma or applicable Multi-state RN license (upon hire) BLS (upon hire) ACLS (upon hire) PALS (within 60 days of hire) A minimum of 3 years ICU RN experience.
