Responsibilities

The Nurse Manager—Women’s Services will be responsible for the daily operations of the department/s in collaboration with the Director of Women’s Services, as well as providing necessary education, training and coaching to nursing staff based on their learning needs.

Qualifications

Job Requirements: 

Bachelor’s from an accredited school of nursing required Minimum of 3-5 years’ clinical nursing experience in labor and delivery unit required Nursing Education Experience preferred Current and valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, Fetal Monitor in NCC specialty certifications

Perferred Job Requirements:

Knowledge of EPIC a plus!
