Position Overview:
In this full-time role, working Monday through Friday on day shifts, you will take on a multifaceted position as a Learning Facilitator, Change Agent, Mentor, Leader, Champion for Inquiry, and Advocate for the NPD Specialty. Your responsibilities will include:

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree of Nursing (BSN) required. Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department/specialty according to patient care policies. Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Two years experience preferred. Previous Maternity and/or NICU experience preferred, Must have the ability and willingness to travel as needed to meet the system educational needs.
