Serves as an IP resource on regulatory requirements and quality improvement processes. Assists IP management in identifying opportunities and interventions for improvement based on internal and external customer needs. Takes responsibility for professional self-development, ensuring work quality reflects high professional and ethical standards. Communicates effectively to maintain positive working relationships and achieve desired outcomes. Considers age-appropriate issues when addressing quality improvement. Develops, implements, and/or evaluates quality assurance and quality improvement projects/processes to continually monitor and improve patient care. Participates in or leads work groups on special projects as assigned. Collaborates to guide and influence the course of change.
