**_Scheduler for a Staffing Agency with an Excellent Company!_**
**_Experienced Scheduler for a Staffing Agency_**
+ _PPS Agency supplies staff to facilities affiliated with National Health Care Associates Inc.'s network of nursing homes in the Northeast._
+ _This is a Full-Time temp to perm position in a professional office environment._
+ _Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment._
+ _Looking for a Scheduler to provide superior customer service to healthcare staff while problem-solving their staffing needs._
+ _The hours are Monday-Friday with rotating on-call evenings/weekends (approximately once per month)._
**_Primary Functions:_**
+ Schedule and monitor the skilled nursing/long-term care facilities for the Northeast's per diem RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
+ Replace any callouts in the facility
+ Must be available for On-Call rotation during the week and weekends (approximately once per month).

**What You'll Bring:**
**Qualifications of a Nursing Scheduler** **include:**
+ Experience as a scheduler for an Agency within a healthcare environment
+ Strong organizational, administrative, and time-management skills
+ Ability to handle dynamic scheduling needs and adapt to last-minute changes
+ Ability to work and communicate effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Patience and the ability to relate tactfully and professionally with all staff
+ Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant and to remain calm during emergencies
+ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
