Job Details Our Nursing Supervisor will: Be responsible for the overall direction and leadership of the Hospital. Be accountable for the fiscal and operational aspects of the Hospital. Has responsibility for meeting regulatory agency requirements. Be responsible for the standard of practice utilized on the patient care areas. Act as the Administrator on duty for the Hospital in the absence of the President or Vice President. Report to the Vice President/Assistant Vice President of Nursing. Qualifications: NYS RN license and registration required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred. Two to five years clinical experience with demonstrated leadership abilities, ability to work under stressful situations, and possess good oral and written communication skills. Previous Clinical Nursing Supervision experience in an acute care, hospital based setting preferred. Salary Range USD $125.00 - USD $145.00 /Yr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
