Under the direction of the Department Manager, the Clinical Coordinator provides an optimal practice environment for the care of patients. Expertly uses the nursing process to oversee care for patients on a particular unit and participates in patient care as needed. Plans, organizes, controls and coordinates the department activities for a shift ensuring high quality patient care and efficient, cost-effective service.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Nursing Current Clinical Coordinator employees may retain a non-nursing bachelor's degree but they may not be promoted to higher level nursing positions. California Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. 2 years of recent experience in an acute hospital setting.Preferred Qualifications:
