The role you’ll contribute:

The Nursing Supervisor, is an experienced RN, who assumes full administrative responsibility for the overall management of the Hospital in the absence of Directors or Administration implementing policies, oversees staffing, supplies, equipment and ensures delivery of quality care according to Hospital mission and goals.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

· Assesses type of patient served, competency and skill level of staff, availability of supplies and equipment to meet patient needs.

· Implements policies, procedures, protocols and standards of care to insure that patients receive care within these guidelines.

· Maintains effective communication between administration, physicians, staff, patients and families.

· Maintains own clinical competency.

· Prepares HPPD report with sufficient explanation of over or under staffing.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

· Diploma or Associates in Nursing

· 2 years of experience in Clinical Nursing

· 2 years of experience in Management/leadership role

· RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure

· BCLS - Basic Life Support

· ACLS
