Nutrition Analyst

**Job Description**
The Nutrition Analyst as a member of the CME Systems team works collaboratively to manage nutrition information and enable development and delivery of strategic product and menu offerings to support the NPD process. This position supports nutrition/ingredient and recipe management of corporately supported database across channels.
**Job Responsibilities**
Specific Responsibilities
? Requests and reviews product specification and nutritional documentation from manufacturers/suppliers.
? Manages nutritional facts information and linkage for all ingredients.
? Ensures data integrity and accuracy in the nutrition, allergen, and special diet information in the PRIMA Web master database.
? Troubleshoots all nutritional information gaps in ingredients and recipes. Communicates updated nutritional information as needed.
? Maintains SharePoint supplier documentation library.
? Maintains compliance to regulatory standards and guidance (e.g., USDA/FDA regulations allergen, labeling) within corporately managed databases.
? Supports nutritional management of integration with other Aramark systems (AEMC/DISH, Nutrislice)
? Works with external LOB and functional teams on PRIMA Web applications.
? Provides adhoc culinary analysis for the team as needed.
? Completes special projects and/or additional responsibilities as assigned.
Reporting Relationships
This position reports directly to the Manager of Nutrition/Culinary Systems. The position works closely with the Culinary and Menu Enablement Team, LOB OpX Teams, PWM Administrators, Aramark IT, Supply Chain and external supplier partners and a range of other Aramark business and support personnel.
**Qualifications**
Qualifications
? Bachelor?s Degree in nutrition or culinary related field, credentialed as a Registered Dietitian (RDN) preferred.
? Experience with DISH, ESHA, Nutrislice and Aramark?s food management system (PRIMA) is highly desirable.
? Culinary knowledge and understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques is highly preferred
? Excellent oral and written communication skills with demonstrated project management skills required.
? Strong analytic and computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database platforms.
? Creative and flexible in attitude and style to adapt to new situations in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment and evolving organization.
? Ability to think creatively and approach a wide variety of projects from new angles.
? Position is headquarters based, option for remote with travel to Philadelphia HQ as required.
