Summary: Under the direction of the Chief Dietitian or Assistant Director, performs essential food and nutrition duties associated with patient menu selection, tray and nourishment distribution, meal tray assembly and set up. Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: Previous food service experience, some knowledge of therapeutic diets preferred.
