Must be willing to work every other holiday and every other weekend when necessary.

Under general supervision, performs a variety of assignments relating to the preparation, service, and delivery of food to the patients of the medical center. Follows appropriate sanitary regulations concerning food handling, preparation and storage. Is expected to become involved in the planning and facilitation of change in an effort to improve Departmental services.

High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred.

Willing to train - ability to read, write and perform 4 basic math functions. 1-3 month food service experience helpful.
