**Job Description:**
The Facility Nutrition Service Manager I is responsible for the operation and management of culinary service functions within an assigned facility. This position uses critical thinking skills and advanced knowledge to ensure departmental focus and vision is aligned with facility and system business plans.
**Job Essentials**
As a Nutrition Services Manager, you need to know how to:
+ Promotes mission, vision, and values of Intermountain Health, and abides by service behavior standards.
+ May be required to be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift.
+ Accountable for execution of service quality.
+ Maintain high level of associate engagement.
+ Directs daily operations of meal service areas and ensures associates have appropriate equipment, inventory and resources to perform their jobs.
+ Meet goals and deadlines.
**Shift Details**
+ Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ 1 year lead/supervisory experience
+ 1 year of related work experience
+ Manager Servsafe Certification obtained within 60 days of hire date
**Physical Requirements:**
Interact with others by effectively communicating, both orally and in writing.- and -Operate computers and other office equipment requiring the ability to move fingers and hands.- and -See and read computer monitors and documents.- and -Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment.- and -May require lifting and transporting objects and office supplies, bending, kneeling and reaching.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$28.72 - $44.32
