Summary:Our mission is to ensure that children with disabilities and their families are empowered. The Nutrition Therapist is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing nutrition therapy services in accordance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications:Master’s degree in the area of Nutrition and Dietetics from an accredited college or university
Registration with the CDR (Commission on Dietetics Registration) or Registration eligible
Licensed or license eligible as defined by CDR and Illinois Board of Professional Regulation (must apply for licensure within one month of completion of RD examination)
Early Intervention Certification or eligibility
CPR Certification must be maintained.
