Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Nutritionist for the department of the Dining Services.

Among the key duties of the position are the following: Provides medical nutrition therapy and dietary accommodations for students with dietary restrictions. Involved in research projects related to operations and nutrition, to advance the missions and initiatives of Dining Services and Student Affairs. Oversight of menus related to accuracy of nutrition. Creates and implements nutrition education and wellness-related programs on campus and assists with nutrition-focused practice-based learning experiences for undergraduate students and interns. Position will provide nutrition assessment, counseling, and accommodations (nutrition care plans), as well as facilitate and implement nutrition programming.
