Your role:

This is an exciting opportunity to take on the HCS leadership for the Northwest Europe (NWE) zone. In this role:  You will empower customers to deliver the laboratory service improvements that matter to them across their operational, financial, and clinical You will oversee consulting projects, drive strategic initiatives, and build strong relationships with customers across the You further develop a high-performing consulting team, by fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and professional You will further advance the current HCS offering, that delivers consulting within and between laboratories and at an enterprise-level for laboratory networks, to become industry leading.     

Your expertise:

Bachelor's degree in biomedical science, Business, Public Health, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. MBA, MHA, or other relevant advanced degree. Minimum of 10 years in healthcare consulting, with experience in a leadership role  In-depth understanding of European healthcare systems, regulations, and market dynamics. Good level of English to actively interact with colleagues and customers from countries across the zone. Availability to travel (up to 40%) inside country and internationally.
