Position: Financial Controller

Location: Based at our site in Liverpool, supporting our plant in New Zealand. Reporting to the CFO Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the month end close process - Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet management and reporting to HQ.Monthly Stock reconciliation calculations and minimisation of adjustments.Coordination of the full year Budgeting process.Monthly and quarterly financial forecasting.Business partnering with Operations/Supply Chain to drive effective cost control and support decision-making.Assisting with internal and external audit requests during half and full year.Product costing roll out on monthly/yearly basis. (For both AU & NZ)Responsbile for all compliance activitites (like GST, FBT, Income Tax Return, Statutory Accounts etc)Fixed cost Management.

Qualifications:

CPA / CA QualifiedBachelor of Commerce (Accounting)Experience working with manufacturing companies (Desired)Proficiency in SAP modules FI, CO, MM (Mandatory)Advanced Microsoft Excel skillsExperience with Business Intelligence PlatformsSelf-starter, able to work independently and as part of a teamDemonstrated ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholdersKnowledge and application of accounting ‘best practices’
