Monitors and participates in the evaluation of global strategic suppliers.Contributes to development and upgrade of O&M tools with peers and TDFIn connection with OneTech and the other A&C division, performs technology watch to stay informed about technical advancements and best practices in the maintenance field (digitalization, robotization).Implement a comprehensive system of lesson-learned to achieve a high-level quality O&MPropose corrective actions and improvement plans to optimize maintenance performance.Provides technical and methodological support to the operation and maintenance teams, ensuring the development of know-how and expertise.Contributes, with owner’s representatives, local asset manager, O&M peers, to the analysis of the asset management related subjects pre-Gate 3 and FID to provide with an A&C position especially regarding the plant designCoordinates O&M network, collects feedbacks and steers the continuous improvement of processes and operating procedures Elaborates and supports the deployment of the O&M policies, processes, guidelines, best practices, and tools  Defines O&M strategy according to asset class in coordination with local O&M managers

Candidate Profile

The Incumbent is expected to have a range of competencies and experience including:
