You will be working in multinational and multidisciplinary project teams and provide high quality services to our clients. **Project Work** The role is required to support the delivery of strategic projects/ contracts for the Royal Commission of AlUla (RCU). Support RCU and their consultants to ensure that suppliers are delivering on their contract obligations. Management and support of the RCU procurement process. This role is required to oversee, coordinate and support the delivery of utility projects for RCU with focus on operation and maintenance (Hard and Soft) and stakeholders management and interface with different utility service providers. Support RCU and their contractors/consultants to ensure the contractors are delivering on their contract obligations in addition to the support of the RCU team delivering portfolio of works. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform invasive design reviews of all electrical systems including; fire alarm systems, public address systems, switch gear, electrical loads and capacity, earthing, lightning systems and lighting calculations documentation that will achieve the department’s vision and goals as well as the client and project goals at the same time. + Undertake site supervision & visits as requested and report findings. + Attend workshops and meetings in person; participate in VC, audio and/or phone conference calls and other similar meetings with clients, consultants, local authorities and other team members. + Provide specific and comprehensive commentary within each assigned Report. + Prepare written documentation such as; letters, minutes, meeting notes, commentary for reports, schedules, emails and others as required. + Review documentation deliverables including but not limited to; drawings and specifications at all design phases and determine the following; compliance with the project design brief, project goals and objectives, building code compliance, design optimization, set quality of design is achieved, design efficiency, determine risks and opportunities, determine cost saving solutions, functionality, effective space planning appropriate material selection, quality of coordination of documentation with other disciplines, conduct QAQC and ensure the client receives added value from the design review services. + Conduct Value Engineering assessments and activities as required. + Ensure the clients brief, intention and concerns, the project design brief, goals and objectives are obtained, reviewed and clearly understood so compliance is determined and recorded accurately in the Report. + Contribute to the development and improvement of the departments business, processes, systems, and assist with other tasks that help meet department’s vision, goals and objectives. **Commitment to Values** Ability to adhere to a set of core values and act in line with our CBRE R.I.S.E. values: + RESPECT – Treat everyone with dignity, value their contributions, and help one another succeed. + INTEGRITY – Uphold the highest ethical standards in our business practices. + SERVICE – Dedicate ourselves to making a meaningful impact with our clients and in our communities. + EXCELLENCE – Aspire to be the best in everything we do and drive for continuous improvement. **OUR IDEAL PERSON IS SOMEONE WHO:** + Holds a 4-year university degree with a major in Construction Management, Construction Science or Civil Engineering + A minimum of 10+ years' experience with a proven track record background working in a pro-active team delivering multi-site utility projects within busy and sensitive areas (background within a consultant, client environment i.e. contractor experience will be considered), with 5 years of this being in Saudi Arabia + Is technically strong with robust experience in design & construction, calculations and procurement documentation to ensure 100% compliance with the specifications, etc. and delivery of the utility works + Registered with the Saudi Engineering Council + Is fluent in English, verbal and written with Arabic and other languages being a huge plus CBRE, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer (Women/Minorities/Persons with Disabilities/US Veterans)
