O2C Team Leader
At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. Job Overview TE Connectivity's Financial Controlling Teams coordinate, administer, and control financial operations. They review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports, direct all aspects of accounting operations and the preparation of annual financial forecasts. They also oversee the development of financial accounting systems required to maintain reporting requirements. Responsibilities:


•    Managing, guiding and supporting the Credit & Collection team (approx. 10 team members) in everyday tasks
•    Managing day-to-day tasks allocation and team performance (KPIs, SLAs)
•    Managing the resources available to achieve the task assigned in a timely and accurate manner
•    Performing reviews of results from the team 
•    Participate in calls and meeting with various stakeholders
•    Support month-end closing activities
•    Propose and drive improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the OtC process
•    Execute reporting
•    Point of contact for all process/people related escalations
•    Managing relationship with internal and external customers
•    Managing recruitment process, development, periodic performance review of team members and create learning atmosphere among team members
•    Support in execution of OtC strategy 
•    Participating in projects within OtC 
•    Process transition execution
