O2O Business Manager

About this role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead our Instant Retail (/O2O) operations. The ideal candidate comes with a strong background in managing O2O strategies for brands and proven experience in directly handling platforms like Meituan or Eleme. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive growth, streamline operations, and enhance the customer experience in the instant retail business.

 

You will be responsible for:

1. Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute O2O business strategies and yearly plan with platforms.Collaborate with regions/channels and cross function to develop a competitive plan and set up the collaboration system.

2. Platform Management:

Directly manage relationships with key platforms, including Meituan, Eleme, JDDJ…Negotiate and optimize agreements, promotional activities, and partnerships with these platforms.

3. Business Development and Operational:

Drive the growth of O2O sales by designing and implementing impactful marketing campaigns.Ensure efficient daily operations of the O2O channels, maintaining high quality execution.

4. Team Leadership

Cultivate a results-oriented and collaborative team environment.

5. Performance Analysis:

Monitor and analyze platform performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Provide insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization of O2O operations.

6. Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure all O2O activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.Identify and mitigate operational risks.

 

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. Proven track record in O2O operations, preferably with experiences in F&B category.

2. Hands-on experience directly managing Meituan, Eleme, or similar platforms.

3. Strong know-what of the instant retail/O2O ecosystem and market dynamics.

4. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

5. Data-driven with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

6. Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.
