Mayo Clinic Health System-Red Wing is a highly respected, physician led medical center in beautiful Red Wing, Minnesota. The ideal physician will work closely with multi-specialty group members and communicate well with patients and colleagues. Practice highlights: + You will join 2 OB GYN physicians, a certified nurse midwife, and 2 Nurse Practitioners + 1:4 Call – Call is supplemented by regional/laborist OB/GYNs and supplemental OB GYNs + Robot arriving in September 2024 + Uro-Gynecology Services available on-site + Approximately 250 births and 260 surgical cases annually + Well-established CNM, delivers her own patients’ babies – 50-100 each year. + NPs support OB and GYN clinic patents + High risk transferred to Rochester at <34 weeks o Level II NICU Mayo Clinic Health System + Competitive compensation and benefit package including a pension fully funded by Mayo Clinic + All positions are salaried + Mayo Clinic is a Non-Profit organization, so all sites qualify for Public Loan Forgiveness + Standard Epic EMR across our entire system + 24-hour consultation available for all speciality care from Rochester + Air and ambulance transport + 6,800 CME allowance and 7 trip days annually + Academic rank commensurate with experience + Opportunity to engage in committees and network with consultants in Rochester. + Opportunity for professional growth and leadership development + Opportunity to work with residents and medical students in some of these sites.
