OB/GYN Physician, Saratoga Springs
**Job Description:** When you join us, you’ll become a part of a nationally recognized health system dedicated to our mission of “helping people live the healthiest lives possible.” **About this role:** As an OB/GYN physician, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. This will be our third OB/GYN to join Saratoga Springs Clinic in Saratoga Springs, Utah. We are excited to move to a newly-built clinic space in Spring 2026. + $30K starting bonus. + Up to $20K in relocation assistance. + Up to $75K in student loan assistance & $1500 per month stipend to support those still in training. + Deliveries and surgeries will take place at American Fork Hospital. AFH is home to a 14-bed labor & delivery unit, averaging 2,900 deliveries annually. Level II NICU and MFM clinic on site, we also have both available for consult via telehealth 24/7. + Typical weekly schedule anticipated to be 2-3 days in clinic, 1 in OR. + Our clinic works in a team-based model with our obstetric hospitalist team. Call is taken restricted in-house with an annual expectation of 40 24-hour shifts (~3.3 per month). We sign patients out to one another, allowing for true work-life balance. + Ample OR block time, with DaVinci Robotics available. + OB/GYN will be able to designate their preferred ratio of OB:GYN patients, within needs of practice. **How we'll support you:** We care about your well-being, which is why we provide our caregivers a generous benefits package.
