Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OBGYN) - Maternal Fetal Medicine and Genetics

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate OBGYN or MFM with specialized training in Genetics to join our esteemed MFM practice in Westchester, New York. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a multidisciplinary team, affiliated with New York Medical College, a Level 4 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and a Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital. Job

Responsibilities:

Offer specialized genetic counseling and diagnostic services to patients with a range of genetic conditions, including prenatal genetic testing and interpretation of results. Collaborate closely with the NICU, pediatric specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal outcomes for both mother and child. Engage in research and teaching opportunities, contributing to the academic mission of the affiliated university and medical school. Participate in the development and implementation of evidence-based protocols and guidelines to improve patient care and outcomes in high-risk pregnancies.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Medical Degree (MD or DO) with board certification (or eligibility) in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Genetics. Fellowship training in Genetics. Additional fellowship training in Maternal Fetal Medicine highly desirable. Eligible for or hold a valid New York State medical license. Demonstrated expertise in the management of high-risk pregnancies and genetic disorders. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Experience in teaching and clinical research is highly desirable.
