Serás responsable de brindar una excelente experiencia a nuestros clientes utilizando todas tus habilidades y conocimientos para resolver las consultas de manera eficaz.
Interactuar con todos los clientes para llamar su atención sobre otros productos adecuados disponibles que podrían mejorar su experiencia como clientes y crear una oportunidad de venta cuando sea apropiado.
Tratarás con una variedad de diferentes tipos de llamadas de clientes según sea necesario para satisfacer las necesidades del negocio y del cliente.
Serás responsable de la experiencia de su cliente y, según corresponda, brindarás retroalimentación para mejorar la experiencia de una manera positiva y ética en línea con nuestros procesos, valores y comportamientos.
Como parte del equipo de ventas de España, tus funciones serán:
Emisión de llamadas a bases de datos de clientes propios con seguro contratado. Ofertar la renovación de seguros electrodomésticos y venta de seguros adicionales. Informar sobre las garantías legales, consumo y condiciones. Manejo del software de la compañía para la gestión de la base de datos y la cartera de clientes.Skills:
Experiencia en venta telefónica de emisión Orientación al cliente Capacidad de comunicación Orientado a resultados Empatía Capacidad de colaboración Adaptación al trabajo bajo objetivos Energía y perseverancia Conocimientos: Nivel de Español nativo Al menos 1 año de experiencia en campañas de televenta/Telemarketing/Atención al cliente con venta, preferiblemente en emisión de llamadas.
