**About The Role:**
As a CBRE Occupancy Planner, you will provide space planning, data mining/analysis, reporting, and interpretation of space planning metrics in an effort to provide recommendations and proposed solutions for a client's occupancy needs.
This job is part of the Workplace & Occupancy Planning function. They are responsible for strategic and tactical planning for clients, with a focus on office-administrative space within their portfolio.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Review space requirements and provide conceptual plans and recommendations to the real estate team or stakeholders.
+ Assist with creating block and stack plans, move lists and migration planning.
+ Produce drawings and presentations for internal partners and client-facing steering committee meetings for review and feedback.
+ Collaborate with other team members to gain business intelligence including move and relocation sequencing and execution
+ May attend space walks for validation and update of occupancy metrics.
+ Responsible for entering and maintaining occupancy data within the system of record.
+ Prepare forecasts and evaluate space planning trends in general business conditions.
+ Conduct interviews and discussions with clients to capture, coordinate and synthesize project requirements, and functional, operational, and cultural issues.
+ Partner with Architectural Vendors and Project Management to investigate code requirements when moving or reconfiguring office space.
+ Facilitate post-occupancy support and reviews to ensure goals were achieved and client’s expectations were met.
+ Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
+ Impact the quality of own work.
+ Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
+ Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding
**What You'll Need:**
To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. + Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD.
+ Experience with CAFM/IWMS programs highly preferred.
+ Ability to use existing procedures to tackle standard problems.
+ Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Interpersonal skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
+ Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
