As Occupancy Planner, you will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and updating space data and using this information to develop scenario and occupancy plans for our client's portfolio in a designated region.
What this job involves
Perform occupancy data set within relevant ATG technologies system of recordPerform monthly reporting schedule and deliverables for people and space data as well as occupancy metricsPerform periodic data audits, accuracy, validation & coordinate reconciliation in accordance with agreed to Service Level AgreementsPerform adds, changes and requests for Real Estate electronic drawings and storage of agreed files on client file sharing platforms.Perform drawing management support to maintain compliance with drawing data standardsPerform tracking and management of agreed space and occupancy data sets within relevant technologiesAs required perform collection and storage of utilization datasets from relevant technologiesAs required perform routine reporting and analysis of utilization data and trendingPerform workplace programming and requirements gathering (e.g. adjacency requirements)Perform Tactical Occupancy Planning duties (e.g. Space Planning & Block and Stack Plans)Assist with Scenario Occupancy Planning deliverablesPerform updates to space layouts as business needs and requirements change within relevant technologies.Desired skills and experience for this job
Bachelor’s Degree required3 or more years of work experience in occupancy or space planning for corporate clients; or interior office planning, furniture planning/management, move/project management or related Facilities function in a corporate real estate settingLiteracy in reading and interpreting floor plansA working knowledge of occupancy utilization, office design principles and trends such as the mobile or collaborative workplaceGreat relationship building skills and client experience focusExcellent written and verbal communication skills; including active listening, verbal, written and visual and the ability to engage at all levels of leadership from administrative to executive levelAbility to understand complex ideas and communicate them to others on the accountAbility to create accurate and credible planning reports to support CRE decision makingAttentive to detail and accuracy - particularly numbers and spatial creativityFlexible, proactive and adaptableReliable, responsible, and disciplinedAbility to go above and beyond to help with any tasks that might come your way and solve problems effectivelyA team player who successfully collaborates with others and is productive working independentlyAbility to problem solve and navigate through ambiguity independentlyAbility to ask questions when neededProficient with MS Office - particularly Excel & PowerPointProficient with AutoCAD - highly desirableProficient in Bluebeam Revu for mark-up, take-off, and document organization - highly desirableExperience with CAFM / IWMS software - highly desirableEstimated total compensation for this position:
77,830.00 – 112,875.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
