Alternatives, Inc. in Raritan, NJ is looking to hire a full-time Occupancy Specialist. This position reports to the Director of Housing.\n
\n

Qualifications:\n\nHigh School Diploma\nOne (1) or more years' experience in leasing\/occupancy management preferred\n\n

Job duties and responsibilities:\n\nResponsible for leasing activities and functions including but not limited to: background checks, issuing new leases, renewing current leases, lease re-certifications, tracking move in's and move out's, rent increases, collecting\/refunding security deposits, monthly vouchering for subsidy, notifying tenants of annual rent increases, and troubleshooting lease issue for all agency owned\/rented properties.\n\n
\n\nCoordinate and work with all funding sources regarding rental subsidies for all Agency's tenants.\n\n
\n\nResponsible for issuing notices of any violations, processing eviction notices; implementing evictions as necessary.\n\n
\n\nConduct quarterly tenant fired drills, as necessary\n\n
\n

Pay Rate:\n

$21.50\/HR\n
