Provides services to the organization's employees in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. Practices are followed to ensure employee compliance with Joint Commission, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) and other regulatory agencies. As an Occupational Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you will provide services to Cleveland Clinic caregivers in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization and follow practices to ensure employee compliance with Joint Commission, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) and other regulatory agencies. **A caregiver in this position works Days, 7:30am - 4:00pm** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Assist RNs in maintaining compliance programs in accordance with OSHA, Joint Commission and other regulatory agencies. + Order supplies and stock daily. + Float to other occupational health facilities within Cleveland Clinic, as needed. **Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:** + Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program. + Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. + Two years of clinical nursing experience. **Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:** + Two years of employee health experience with certification/skills in COC urine specimen collection, breath alcohol testing, audiology, spirometry and venipuncture.
