Occupational Health & Safety Business Intern

A position at Xcel Energy could be just what you’re looking for. **Project Description:** + The Occupational Health and Safety intern will perform meaningful work in support of Xcel Energy, Corporate Safety. The selected individual will take an active role supporting the Corporate Safety Programs. Written program revision and development, risk assessments, exposure monitoring, reporting/corrective action plans and other Occupational Health and Safety programs as opportunities occur. + The selected individual may use exposure measurement devices, identify employee/contractor exposures, assist in implementation of control measures (i.e., PPE, engineering controls...) and conduct Safety & Health related training. + The Health and Safety Intern will assist on enterprise project specific written programs, internal process, reporting, management software applications, and other related opportunities.
