ERM is seeking an Occupational Health & Safety Technician (Entry Level) to join our consultancy team in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections to detect, identify, and assess occupational risks across client Argentina locations.Prepare technical reports with recommendations and corrective measures to promote a safe and healthy work environment.Collaborate in developing and monitoring client Argentina’s Health and Safety Service procedures manual, including the Annual Risk Prevention Program.Deliver mandatory safety and hygiene training sessions for client employees and document employee certifications.Perform environmental monitoring (e.g., noise levels, lighting, ventilation) and recommend corrective measures where necessary.Supervise ergonomic conditions and recommend improvements for injury prevention.Ensure compliance with Argentine health and safety legislation, including Law No. 19,587, Law No. 24,557, and applicable SRT resolutions.

Requirements:

Certified Occupational Health & Safety Technician as per Decree 1338/96 requirements.Strong knowledge of national occupational safety regulations (e.g., Law No. 19,587, Law No. 24,557) and familiarity with international standards (ISO 45001, NFPA 101) is preferred.Ability to work across multiple locations in Buenos Aires and effective communication skills in both Spanish and English.This position offers the opportunity to support critical occupational health and safety initiatives, directly contributing to creating a safer work environment for all ERM and client employees.
