This integrated business services customers all over the world using its global network of manufacturing entities. **Job position description:** We are looking for an Occupational Health Site RN to work at their Richmond, IN and Cincinnati, OH manufacturing facilities. This person will be responsible for representing the Health Services Department consistent with the company's core values. The position will be the worksites primary medical resource with oversight and support provided other members of the Health Services Team, with the following responsibilities: + Promote the physical, mental, and social well-being of the workplace + Responsible for maintenance and confidentiality of medical records + Manage short- and long-term disability and workers compensation cases + Responsible for follow-up and assisting with return to work and temporary modified duty issues. + Assist with administrative aspects of FMLA cases ( i.e. Obtaining Health Care Certification Form from providers) and tracking hours.
