The position is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the Occupational Medicine Department and Programs. This includes scheduling of appointments, communication with external and internal customers of the department and programs and ensuring compliance with regulatory agency rules. This position is expected to support the short- and long-term mission, goals and objectives of Hudson Hospital & Clinic.

 

Required Qualifications:

High School Degree of Equivalent. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities daily.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate’s Degree in secretarial services, office support or business preferred.  Minimum of two years medical office experience preferred.  Experience with electronic billing, medical record and data base software preferred.
