Occupational Registered Nurse (RN)
Adecco Healthcare is searching for an **Occupational Registered Nurse (RN)** to become part of our client's team in the **Richmond, IN** / **Cincinnati, OH** area. This is a direct-hire, full-time, and permanent opportunity. **Pay** - $62,500-$79,700 - 15% annual bonus opportunity based on personal and business performance **Shift** - Monday-Friday - 8am-5pm **Qualifications** _Required:_ - Valid RN license (compact). - At least 2 years of Occupational Health experience. - **Willing to travel** within Richmond, IN facility and Cincinnati, OH facility (1 hour and 15 minute drive). Mileage Reimbursement offered. - Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Suite and Adobe Acrobat. - In the very rare occasion there is an emergency, must be able to come in. _Preferred:_ - ER experience is a plus. **Job Summary** - The workload is consistently high from the start to the end of the day. - Follow up on the medical status of any employees who called in sick on previous days. - Follow up on medical notes submitted for short-term or long-term disability claims. - Follow up on workers' compensation cases, including restrictions and accommodations. - Reach out to providers to clarify the status of employees. - Handle calls about injuries and manage them from an occupational health perspective. - Address potential OSHA recordable incidents and work to minimize them. - Schedule weekly meetings with HR to provide status reports. - Attend weekly meetings with the health services team. - Field calls from first-line supervisors about injuries, illnesses, and employee status. - Provide education and training on health management cases. - Field inquiries from physicians, managers, and employees about injuries and how to manage them. - Provide medical information to employees. - Provide medications to employees in an effort to keep them working before they have to leave. - Participate in examinations conducted by local care supervisors. - Manage the pre-placement status of individuals. **Benefits** - 401(k) plan with a 4% employer contribution, even if the employee doesn't contribute, plus a 100% employer match on the first 4% the employee contributes. - 12 paid holidays, including floating holidays. - New hires receive 3 weeks of vacation (based on start date), with an additional week (5 days) earned for every 5 years of service. - Benefits coverage starts on day one! - Medical PPO Plan. - Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage. - Flexible spending account (FSA). - Paid parental leave. - Company-paid basic life and AD&D insurance. - Short- and long-term disability benefits. - Wage progression and opportunities for career advancement.
