Part-Time Weekend Day Occupational Therapist-St. Peter's Hospital
St. Peter’s Hospital, located in Albany, NY and a member of St. Peter’s Health Partners, is seeking a part time occupational therapist to cover across multiple service lines including – orthopedics, neurology, cardiopulmonary, oncology and intensive care. Our exceptional team of Occupational Therapists deliver quality occupational therapy services according to treatment plans for patients, document progress toward identified objectives, provide accurate and timely documentation with online EMR, work collaboratively with the therapy team in a great team environment, and conduct patient and family education. Flexibility and exceptional clinical reasoning skills are essential as well as an ability to work well under pressure with frequent interruptions and deadlines.
We are looking for a committed occupational therapist who displays strong skills in flexibility, time management, communication and superb customer service excellence. Preferred schedule is at least four weekend days per month in the clinical rotation with opportunity for weekday needs as well. Experienced clinicians and new grads with strong acute clinical rotation experience are encouraged to apply.
Minimum Requirements:
Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program with a Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree
Current NYS OT license and registration
BLS Certification
Pay Range: $35.85 - $45.50
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
